1. For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience start time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience start time, will not be accepted.
2. Your experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled by the tour desk due to poor weather, you will be offered a different date or a full refund.
3. Your experience requires a minimum number of travelers.
4. Kindly notify the tour desk of any food allergies or other ailments worth mentioning prior to your experience start time
